You can use our website for information purposes only and contact us via the website. Depending on the type and manner of use, the following personal data will be collected, processed and/or used.

Before we begin with the following descriptions, please note the following: By calling up the pages of individual providers with whom we cooperate or on whose pages we will link to inform you about their data protection practices, personal data may also be transferred to the provider – just like when you normally surf in the Internet. Purely informational use

In the case of purely informational use of the web pages, i.e. if you do not send us information via the contact option, we only collect and process the data that your browser sends to enable you to visit the web pages, for statistical purposes and to improve our internet services. These are:

Use of processors, transfer of personal data to a third country

The processors employed by us (until 24.5.2018: § 11 BDSG; from 25.5.2018 Art. 28 DS-GVO) may have access to your data when providing IT services for us. We select the companies working for us carefully and oblige them to comply with data protection in the event of handling your data in accordance with the applicable laws.

Use of Google Maps

The Google Maps API is integrated in our web pages to visualize geographical information about our location. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data on the use of the Maps functions by visitors to the websites. Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information collected by the cookie about your use of our website (including your IP address) will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. We would like to point out that on our web pages Google Analytics has been extended by the code “gat._anonymizeIp();;” in order to guarantee an anonymous recording of IP addresses (so-called IP masking). At our request, Google will therefore only record your IP address in abbreviated form, which guarantees anonymisation and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your identity. If IP anonymisation is activated on our websites, Google will shorten your IP address beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to and truncated by Google on servers in the United States. Data security

We maintain current technical measures to ensure data security, in particular to protect your personal data from dangers during data transfers and from third parties gaining knowledge of them. These measures are adapted to the current state of the art.

Your rights regarding your personal data

You have the right to request information from us at any time (Art. 15 DS-GVO) about the data we have stored about you, as well as its origin, recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data is passed on, and the purpose of the storage. You have the right to correct your data in accordance with Art. 16 DSD-GVO; as soon as we become aware of the incorrectness of personal data, we will correct it. You also have the right to have your data deleted in accordance with Art. 17 DSD-GVO, the right to restrict processing in accordance with Art. 18 DSD-GVO and the right to data transferability under Art. 20 DSD-GVO. In the case of the right of information and the right of deletion, the restrictions pursuant to Articles 34 and 35 BDSG apply.

You can revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. This may mean that the functionalities or services are no longer available to you.
