Ulrich Hauck is CEO and founder of COMITANS Capital AG. He held various top-level management positions in stock-listed corporates, family owned corporations and private equity holdings in the automotive supply industry as well as in the healthcare and chemical industry.

Most recently, Ulrich was Group CFO and member of the executive board of Schaeffler AG as well as of STS Group AG, a medium sized automotive supplier. As Executive Vice President he led the worldwide controlling and accounting of Bayer Group. Previously, he was in charge of Global Accounting at Rheinmetall AG. Ulrich started his career as CPA and tax consultant at Deloitte.

Ulrich was member of the supervisory board of the private equity holding MUTARES AG from 2008-2019, most recently as Vice Chairman. Until today he is part of the Supervisory Board of SBF AG, a stock-listed medium sized supplier to the railroad industry.

During his professional career, Ulrich has gained substantial expertise in restructuring as well as in numerous M&A transactions of different size and industry. These include complex carve-out transactions of global businesses that were fully integrated in corporate structures.
