Robert Selk is member of the Supervisory Board of Comitans Capital AG. Having been active as a lawyer for more than 20 years, he is partner in a Munich law office. Beyond that, Robert is partner and founder of a company for CRM-software.

Robert studied law at the Universities of Munich, Los Angeles and Capetown and earned a docorate in the internet and data protection area. He also completed a Master of Law (LLM) in European and International Business Law. His professional activities are mainly focused on computer, internet, data protection laws and commercial legal protection/ copyright laws. Robert is a member of the work group IT-Law of the German Lawyers Association (DAV) and chairman of the technical committee “Data Protection” of the German Association for Law and Computer Sciences (DGRI). He is frequent lecturer on congresses for data protection and author of numerous publications.

Robert contributes to Comitans Capital – beyond his legal expertise – his entrepreneurial acumen.
